Arequipe Alpina dip recipe A delight!

In 1980 Alpina industrialized Arequipe for the first time, which was a traditional homemade preparation made by Colombian mothers. 

A family day deserves a surprise recipe to share. Let's have fruits, crackers, toasts and this delicious Arequipe Alpina dip on hand for your favorite snacks.

Ingredients:

  • 125 milliliters of Alpine Milk Cream
  • 110g of Arequipe Alpina
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 green apple
  • ¼ cup strawberries

preparation:

1. We start by mixing the Alpina Milk Cream, the Arequipe Alpina and the cardamom until everything is integrated, we take this to a pan over low heat and let it reduce for 5 minutes.

2. Finally we take to a bowl and serve with apples and strawberries.
