La Changua un plato típico colombiano, una sopa de leche y huevos que se prepara especialmente en el Altiplano Cundiboyacense en el centro del país. Se toma para el desayuno, es una receta económica y lleva ingredientes que siempre tenemos en casa.
Se prepara preferentemente los fines de semana. Se acompaña con chocolate caliente y pan o arepa, ¡una verdadera delicia!
